People in Mumbai flocked to travel via India’s first electric double-decker bus as it finally hit the Mumbai streets. The bus started commuting between Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Terminus (CSMT) and National Centre of Performing arts (NCPA).
The staff that will be on duty will be given a maximum of Rs 4,000 cash as a token of appreciation, however, they will have to cover a fixed distance.
Reports say the driver lost control of the bus which led to the accident. The injured have been shifted to a district hospital in Udhampur for treatment.
Udhampur bus blast: The empty bus was parked near a petrol pump in Domail Chowk after its routine day service when the blast took place around 10:30 pm.
