The Allahabad High Court on Wednesday granted bail to Dr Kafeel Khan, the prime accused in the Gorakhpur BRD Medical College and Hospital Case involving deaths of more than 60 children.
70 children have died at the state-run Baba Raghav Das Medical College in Gorakhpur in the first five days of this month.
According to reports, while 15 kids breathed their last at the neonatal intensive care unit (NICU), 15 others passed away at the Paediatrics Intensive Care Unit (PICU) of the hospital.
