After 23 days of judicial custody, Shah Rukh Khan's son Aryan Khan, Arbaaz Merchantt and Munmun Dhamecha have been granted bail by the Bombay High Court on Thursday (October 28). They were taken into custody by the Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) after it raided the Mumbai cruise ship on October 2 and were arrested by the agency on October 3.
In its statement in relation to Sameer Wankhede, Bombay High Court has stated that a notice must be given before his arrest.

Bombay High Court on Wednesday (October 27) adjourned the hearing on the bail application of Aryan Khan, Munmun Dhamecha and Arbaaz Seth Merchantt, in connection with the drugs on cruise case, till October 28. "The arguments of lawyers of accused number 1, 2 and 3 have concluded today. The hearing is scheduled for 3 pm tomorrow for further arguments," Munmun Dhamecha's lawyer Kaashif Khan Deshmukh told the media after the conclusion of the hearing today.
After the hearing which went on for over two hours, Justice Sambre said he would hear Additional Solicitor General Anil Singh, who is representing the NCB, on Thursday. "Tomorrow we will try to finish it," the judge said.
Aryan Khan requested that the decision on his bail application should be on merits uninfluenced by Prabhakar Sail's or NCB's assertions/ allegations. Meanwhile, Sail's affidavit has raised allegations against NCB Zonal Director Sameer Wankhede and Aryan Khan has denied all the connection with Sail in Bombay High Court.
The Bombay High Court had directed the NTA to conduct NEET afresh for two medical college aspirants as they had been handed question papers and answer sheets with incorrect serial numbers during the recently held exam.
The decision comes after two medical aspirants from Solapur complained that their exam invigilators mixed up their question and answer sheets on the day of the examination.
These are only initial guidelines, and will necessarily be subject to revision or modification as needed.
