Srinagar blast: "A blast took place in the rear of a Honda city vehicle numbered JK01M 0878 on the Boulevard road," a police official said, adding that a couple, identified as Mrs and Mr Hafizullah Bhat, residents of Kralsangri, Nishat were in the vehicle at that time.

The 24-year-old, hailing from Thirthahalli in Shivamogga district of Karnataka, was travelling in an autorickshaw with a pressure cooker rigged with a detonator, wires and batteries that exploded on November 19.
A team arrived at the suspect's house in the Lokanayaka Nagar area in the morning. They further searched the ground floor room, from where the said materials were retrieved.
Udaipur-Ahmedabad railway track blast: The explosion, which was reported near the Oda railway bridge on the Slumber-Megha highway on the intervening night of Saturday and Sunday, caused damages to railway tracks.
Udaipur: The explosion occurred on a railway track on Sunday, hours before the recently inaugurated Asarwa-Udaipur Express train from Ahmedabad was to pass. Police said they are investigating all angles, including sabotage.
The cause of the explosion was not clear. Social media users said shops were shuttered and the avenue was closed down.
Tamil Nadu: The incident was reported on Thursday, from near Usilambatti, SP Madurai confirmed.
Two persons are purportedly seen coming on a motorbike and throwing the explosives near the roundabout at 7.15 pm, the police have said.
