All the accused were slapped by women in the area and also made to do sit-ups in public.
The people in the mall caught hold of the accused and thrashed him, before handing him over to the police.
Citing the Madhya Pradesh Panchayat Adhyapak Sambarg (Service Conduct Conditions) Rules 2008, the order said it is expected from women teachers to wear a maroon jacket, and men a navy blue jacket.
According to primary investigations, the victim, a class 5 student, was gangraped twice or thrice in the last three months. She was last raped on November 12.
A young woman -- gang raped by four persons in Bhopal -- on Sunday demanded that the culprits should be hanged in public for their crime and flayed the police for its "unhelpful" attitude in the whole affair.
A 19-year-old student was abducted and raped by four men near railway tracks when she was returning home after attending a coaching class in Maharana Pratap Nagar.
This weird case of tagging for identity has now triggered a major controversy with the Madhya Pradesh Human Rights Commission (MPHRC) taking cognizance of the matter.
