Bhavya Bishnoi is the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) leader and the son of Kuldeep Bishnoi. He is the grandson of former Haryana Chief Minister Bhajan Lal. Bhavya won the 2022 bypoll from Adampur after his father left the seat to join the BJP from the Congress party. He emerged victorious after trouncing Congress veteran Jai Parkash by 15,740 votes. He is again contesting from the Adampur constituency as a BJP candidate in the 2024 Haryana Assembly Elections against the Congress party's Chander Parkash and the Jannayak Janta Party's (JJP) Krishna Gangwa. His grandfather Bhajan Lal represented the Adampur Assembly seat for a record eight times in 1968, 1972, 1977, 1982, 1991, 1996, 2000, and 2005. Bhavya's father, Kuldeep Bishnoi, won the seat four times in 1998 (bypoll), 2009, 2014, and 2019. In the 2019 Lok Sabha polls, Bhavya Bishnoi stood third and lost his deposit as a Congress candidate in Hisar.

Adampur Assembly Election 2024: In the 2019 elections, Kuldeep Bishnoi, representing the Congress, won the Adampur seat by defeating Sonali Phogat from the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP). Bishnoi secured 63,693 votes, while Phogat received 34,222 votes.
