A day after the Election Commission banned West Bengal chief minister Mamata Banerjee from campaigning for 24 hours, she will stage a sit-in protest against the poll body today. On the other hand top leaders including Amit Shah, JP Nadda and Rajnath Singh will hold rallies in parts of Bengal.
The poll panel's order came after Banerjee's remarks against central forces and a statement which had alleged religious overtones.
