A day after a factory fire killed 17 persons in west Delhi's Bawana area, 14 victims were identified and the factory owner arrested on Sunday, police said.
Police have arrested the owner of the firecracker storage unit Manoj Jain.
Barely a month before the Bawana cracker unit tragedy, the Delhi Pollution Control Committee (DPCC) had pulled up civic bodies for indiscriminately granting licences to industrial units.
As many as 17 people, including 10 women, were burnt alive or asphyxiated and 30 others injured in the fire incident at a plastic warehouse.
