On Sunday, during electioneering, Khan made an "underwear jibe", which the saffron party said was made against the actor, fighting the Lok Sabha polls from Rampur against him.
The video of Khan's purported speech was also doing the rounds on various social media platform.
A bench of Justice Siddhartha, however, endorsed the other part of district magistrate's March 23 order which had also asked Khan to explain as to why his arms licence should not be cancelled permanently.
Suggesting that his name helps the BJP garner votes, Azam Khan said,"I am the item girl of the BJP." He was reacting to the registration Tuesday of the second FIR against him in a week.
Expressing concern over misuse of #MeToo campaign, Singh asserted that people should also justify their allegations and they should not only level charges.
Singh alleged that Azam Khan, in an interview to a news channel, said that riots can only be stopped when people like Amar Singh and their families will be burnt alive.

Singh was reacting on the provocation in Azam Khan's statement in which he allegedly talked about cutting him into pieces and throw acid on his daughters.
The move has drawn criticism from the opposition Congress which accused the saffron party of trying to make political gains out of Vajpayee's death.
