While giving details during a media conference as part of the Centre's programme to highlight the government's achievements in its first year of governance, he said that of the 55 crore potential beneficiaries under the Pradhan Mantri Jan Aarogya Yojana (PMJAY) under Ayushman Bharat, 10 crore e-cards have been issued.
Khan said during the Question Hour that as on July 23, a total of 16,039 hospitals (8,059 private hospitals and 7,980 public hospitals) have been empanelled under the Ayushman Bharat Pradhan Mantri Jan Arogya Yojana (AB-PMJAY).
The Rajasthan government has decided to implement the Centre's flagship health insurance scheme, Ayushman Bharat, by integrating it with the state's own Bhamashah insurance scheme.
Ayushmann Bharat Yojana or Pradhan Mantri Jan Arogya Yojana was termed as the game changer by World Health Organisation (WHO) as it said to be the World's biggest government scheme. Introduced by Modi-led center government, the scheme is also being touted as Modi-care or Namo-care.

“We'll provide health facility to 100 per cent population here. We won't pick and choose. That isn't needed in Delhi; both poor and rich will receive treatment. It's the responsibility of the state government to provide treatment to all residents of Delhi,” Satyendra Jain said,
