Maulana Nadvi has been facing flak from various Muslim leaders for his compromise formula in the case.
The yatra is expected to be flagged off by Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath.
Addressing a public meeting organised by the board at the end of its three-day plenary, Owaisi launched a bitter attack on Nadvi for going against the board's stand that there can be no compromise on Babri Masjid.
Babri Masjid will remain a mosque till eternity and Muslims can never exchange land for the masjid, the All India Muslim Personal Law Board (AIMPLB) said here on Sunday.
Meanwhile, sources said the board would appoint a committee to recommend its course of action vis-a-vis Maulana Nadvi, after he expressed divergent views on the Ayodhya issue.
AIMIM president and Hyderabad MP Asaduddin Owaisi, who is also a member of the board, briefed reporters tonight on the proceedings of the second day of the 26th plenary of the board here.
In a statement issued later, the AIMPLB said it "once again emphasises the basic level of Shariah that the land dedicated for Masjid cannot be sold, gifted or in any way alienated".
At a satsang in Bengaluru, Sri Sri Ravi Shankar said that he favours an out-of-court settlement in the decades old case.
In the interview, Nadvi even said that he was not allowed to speak in AIMPB working committee meeting held in Hyderabad.
A three-judge bench of the Allahabad High Court, in a 2:1 majority ruling, had in 2010 ordered that the land be partitioned equally among three parties -- the Sunni Waqf Board, the Nirmohi Akhara and Ram Lalla.
The apex body of the Indian Muslims, which is beginning its crucial three-day plenary here on Friday, said the court and the government should take action against those making such statements.
