An automated teller machine (ATM) of a public sector bank, containing Rs 2.83 lakh cash, was allegedly stolen by unidentified persons from Patansaongi village in the district, police said on Saturday.

Therefore, his further retention in service is not in the interest of the security of the state (country) and he is herby dismissed from service on November 25," the dismissal order said.
