Delhi Police have arrested a 19-year-old member of the notorious 'Tayyab Gang' that was allegedly involved in firing at a news crew last month, the police said on Saturday.
A 35-year-old man who works with a private firm in Delhi had allegedly rammed his SUV into a scooter near Le Meridian Hotel on Raisina Road in Lutyens' on June 30, killing 37-year-old Dhiraj, the police said.
According to the police, Radio City RJ Ankit Gulati's speeding SUV rammed into Lok Janshakti Party (LJP) worker Dheeraj Kumar's bike at Windsor Place early last Sunday leaving him badly injured. He was rushed to Dr Ram Manohar Lohia (RML) Hospital but was declared dead on arrival.
Eight people, including five students, have been arrested for 'circulating' a video of an alleged gang rape of a student of a private college in Dakshina Kannada district.
The victim was found in the bushes adjacent to a road and rushed to the Deen Dayal Upadhyay Hospital.

A special operations group of J&K police along with officials of Samba police intercepted a truck at Mansar and found 130 kg poppy during a search of the vehicle, officials said.
