The Uttar Pradesh Cabinet has approved the detailed project report for the proposed extension of the Noida Metro's Aqua Line corridor from Sector 51 to Greater Noida Knowledge Park V, officials said. The cost of the project is Rs 2,991.60 crore, it said.

The Noida Metro Rail Corporation (NMRC) is set to build five metro stations on the extension corridor of the Aqua Line to Greater Noida West in the first phase.
