Vivek, 38, was shot dead by Constable Prashant Chaudhary in the Gomti Nagar Extension area here when he was on his way to drop an ex-colleague home in his SUV.
Further, the SIT said that the accused, Prashant Chaudhary, was not given proper arms training. Not only Prashant but more than 300 policemen posted at 43 different police stations in Lucknow are using arms without getting proper training.
