Anti-Sikh riots Jagdish Tytler case: Congress leader Jagdish Tytler filed a petition in the Delhi High Court challenging the framing of charges of murder and other offences against him, claiming there was no credible evidence to corroborate the allegations levelled against him.
Sajjan Kumar was sentenced to life imprisonment by Delhi High Court on December 17, 2018, for his role in the 1984 Sikh riots.
A bench of justices Sanjay Kishan Kaul and M M Sundresh said it is not inclined to grant bail to Sajjan Kumar on medical grounds.
