Fadnavis, on Tuesday, handed over purported evidence to the Union Home Secretary regarding the alleged transfer posting racket of IPS and non-IPS officers of Maharashtra Police.
A bench comprising Justices Sanjay Kishan Kaul and R Subhash Reddy asked Mukul Rohatgi, representing Param Bir Singh, to approach the high court in the matter.
"I was hospitalized after contracting the COVID-19 and got admitted to a hospital on February 5. I was there till February 15. I was discharged and flew back to Mumbai and remained in home quarantine," Anil Deshmukh said.
