A 28-year-old Dalit youth was lynched to death in Rajasthan's Alwar district by an angry mob reportedly in the wake of a road accident. According to reports, the victim was riding two-wheeler when the deceased, identified as Harish Jatav accidentally rammed his vehicle into an elderly lady.

Rakbar Khan alias Akbar Khan, 28, was beaten mercilessly by a group of people after he was spotted with a couple of cows in Alwar's Ramgarh area. Rakbar was grievously injured but alive when the police arrived at the spot.
