Ratra, 39, recently coached Assam in the Syed Mushtaq Ali Trophy and the Vijay Hazare Trophy.
Ratra also talked about Wriddhiman Saha and opined that given his wicketkeeping prowess, he should be picked even for overseason Tests.
Ratra, who has worked with the Indian women's team and coached Assam in the latest domestic season, cleared seven modules to obtain the certification. The 38-year-old is already a BCCI-certified Level 2 coach and his next goal is to clear Level 3.
BCCI president and former India captain Sourav Ganguly called for patience regarding Rishabh Pant and said he will come good with time.
