Bihar news: Rohtas District Magistrate Naveen Kumar has been appointed as the State Transport Commissioner. Inayat Khan, who was serving as the District Magistrate of Araria, has been made Registrar of Cooperative Societies.
Senior IAS officer Nagaraju Maddirala, who is currently Additional Secretary in the Coal Ministry, will be new Financial Services Secretary in place of Joshi.
On the instructions of the Election Commission, the Yogi government has made a significant reshuffle of IAS officers. A total of 19 IAS officers, including District Magistrates of 8 districts, have been transferred as per the directive.
