The Calcutta HC has provided a relief to TMC leader Abhishek Banerjee and asked the ED not to take any coercive steps in connection with its probe into the school jobs scam in West Bengal.
Responding after Dharmendra Pradhan's comments on Abhishek Banerjee, TMC Minister Dr. Shashi Panja said that Abhishek has no fear, the CBI has not found anything against him.
The ED official said three of his colleagues questioned Banerjee on his role and association with ‘Leaps and Bounds,’ the company allegedly involved in the scam.
An ED official said that the TMC leader has been called to provide evidence in the school recruitment irregularities.
