The political resolution, adopted at the party's plenary here, talked of evolving a common workable programme to defeat the Bharatiya Janta Party-Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh in the next general elections.
With the latest drubbings, BJP has dropped to just 274 in the lower house. However, along with NDA allies, the party has a big majority in the Lok Sabha, making it necessary for it to keep them happy.
Replying to questions from Rajat Sharma at the India TV Samvaad conclave here on Tuesday evening, Yogi Adityanath said: "Our party will score a one hundred percent win in 2019 elections, all 80 out of 80 Lok Sabha seats".
"I want to clarify that BSP has not allied with any political party. All rumors about BSP & SP alliance in UP for 2019 Lok Sabha elctions are false and baseless," Mayawati said.
The former chief minister of Jammu and Kashmir also decried the misuse of religion for political and electoral gains.
To a question, Rao said he would not mind leading the movement for the "change".
The states have been asked to present the status of implementation of central schemes targeted at the poor, and socially and economically weaker sections like Jan-Dhan, Mudra, Ujjwala, housing and others schemes.
"I have clearly said that if the Narendra Modi government comes to power after the Lok Sabha elections in 2019 then it will invite President's rule in the country," Patel said.
"There are some people who are telling different things about the likely results of 2019 polls. But I have an advice for them -- don't harbour false notions... NDA led by BJP will again succeed," Nitish Kumar, who is also President of the JD-U, said.
The prime minister had said that like festivals, elections should be held on fixed dates so that governments can function for five years.
Shiv Sena MP Sanjay Raut tabled a resolution in this regard which was passed unanimously by the National Executive of the party.
In the 2014 Lok Sabha polls, the 78-year-old SP patriarch had contested from Azamgarh and Mainpuri and won both, but chose to retain Azamgarh to strengthen the party in eastern Uttar Pradesh.
As misplaced as Rahul Gandhi's claims of ‘moral victory’ may be, the narrow win for the BJP in Gujarat should come as a wake-up call for the Modi government ahead of Assembly elections in 2018.
Though the BJP is set to return to power in the western state, a senior TRS leader saw the electoral verdict as being a setback to the party.
