The Delhi Metro Rail Corporation (DMRC) has partnered with Meta and its authorized partner, Pelocal Fintech Pvt. Ltd., to provide this convenient service.

WhatsApp users can book metro tickets in both Hindi and English languages through the WhatsApp chatbot.
Booking process
- Initiate a chat with the number 9650855800 on WhatsApp by sending "Hi."
- Select your preferred language.
- Choose "Buy Ticket" from the menu.
- Specify the departure and destination stations.
- Indicate the number of tickets needed.
- Proceed to the payment details and select your preferred payment method.
- Complete the transaction using options like credit cards, debit cards, UPI, or Paytm.
