Tata has unveiled a new service for Play subscribers. The company has unveiled Anime Local, a new service that provides ad-free access to Japanese animation in Hindi, Tamil, and Malayalam. The service is accessible on TV and the Tata Play mobile app. Here are all the details you need to know.
Tata Play Anime Local India price
Tata Play Anime Local is available on channel number 681. The service is free for the first five days and then it is chargeable at Rs 2 per day. It features series such as Naruto, Sergeant Keroro, Ninjaboy Rantaro, Naruto Shippuden, Black Clover, Robotan, among others.
For convenient access, the service will also be available on the Tata Play mobile app for on-the-go viewing.
Tata Play's Chief Commercial and Content Officer, Pallavi Puri, commented on the launch of the programming service, saying, "Anime Local on Tata Play will be yet another valuable addition to our extensive offering. The demand for anime content has been increasing, and our new service will provide top-notch content to satisfy that growing appetite. There is a new addition to an Indian streaming service called Anime Hub on JioCinema, which was launched in May. Unlike a traditional TV feed, Anime Hub is a dedicated section where subscribers can stream anime series like Demon Slayer Season 4, Spy x Family, Mob Psycho 100, and more.

Previously, Reliance Jio offered cost-effective plans for prepaid, postpaid, and broadband services. Now, the company has extended its affordable plans to include Jio Cinema. This new plan, called JioCinema Premium, is priced at Rs 599 but is currently being offered at a 50 percent discount as an introductory offer.
