Samsung, one of the leading smartphone makers is going to launch two new foldable smartphones, which are expected to be titled - Galaxy Z Flip 6 and Galaxy Z Fold 6. Both these smartphones will be launched by Samsung in the upcoming Galaxy Unpacked event (Galaxy Unpacked 2024) which is scheduled for July 10. The new generation foldable devices are expected to make their way into the Indian market, and the pre-booking of both devices will be starting soon.
With just a few days left until the launch of the new Samsung Galaxy Z series, significant news has surfaced regarding the pre-reservation for the next-generation foldable smartphones. A former user has reportedly provided important details about the pre-reservation process for the upcoming devices, ahead of the official release.
As per the report, the pre-booking of the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 6 and Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 6 is expected to start on June 26, 2024 onwards. By the time of writing, no further information has surfaced by the company regarding the pre-booking. As per the leaks, both the devices could launch with a Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 processor.
Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 6: Expected specifications
- Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 6 is expected to come up with a 7.6-inch internal dynamic AMOLED display.
- Also, it will feature a 6.3-inch external display
- It will have a refresh rate of 120Hz in the outer display.
- You will get a 10-megapixel selfie shooter with a punch-hole design.
- The device is expected to be powered by a Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 processor
- The device will have up to 12GB of RAM and 512GB of storage.
- The device is expected to be backed by more than 4,400 mAh battery and faster charging capabilities.
- The device may feature a 50MP primary shooter, which could result in great picture quality.

- Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 6 is expected to come with a 6.7-inch AMOLED display
- It comes with a refresh rate of 120Hz.
- The device will come with a 3.4-inch outer display.
- This new flip device will be powered by a Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 processor.
- It will be available in two storage variants- 256GB and 512GB storage.
- For the camera, the device will come with a 50MP and 12 MP dual camera setup on the rear side.
- On the front, the device will come with a 10-megapixel shooter.
