Oppo is all set to launch a new mid-budget smartphone in India. The upcoming Oppo F27 Pro+ 5G will launch in India soon. Ahead of its official launch, the company has revealed the design, colour options, and a few key specifications of the smartphone. In addition to this, the smartphone was previously tipped to launch as the rebranded version of Oppo A3 Pro, which was introduced in China in April. The information shared by the company further supports this claim.
Oppo F27 Pro+ 5G India launch date and design
As per the company’s announcement, the Oppo F27 Pro+ 5G is set to launch in India on June 13. The smartphone will be available in two colour options: Dusk Pink and Midnight Navy and two RAM and storage configurations: 8GB + 128GB and 8GB + 256GB.
The Oppo F27 Pro+ 5G features a circular camera module with a silver ring-like border positioned centrally near the top of the back panel. The back panel has a vegan leather cover with a polycarbonate vertical stripe down the middle, and the 'Oppo' branding is located towards the bottom. On the right edge, it has a volume rocker and power button. The phone's display is curved, with very slim bezels and a center-aligned hole-punch cutout at the top.
Oppo F27 Pro+ 5G specifications
The Oppo F27 Pro+ 5G features a 3D curved AMOLED screen with Corning Gorilla Glass Victus 2 protection. It has IP69, IP68, and IP66 certifications for dust and water resistance. It also boasts a MIL-STD 810H build and a Swiss SGS Premium Performance 5 Stars Drop Resistance certification.
The phone is 7.89mm thick and weighs 177g. The Oppo F27 Pro+ 5G is expected to be a rebranded Oppo A3 Pro with similar specifications.
Oppo A3 Pro Specifications
The Oppo A3 Pro is equipped with a MediaTek Dimensity 7050 SoC and a 5,000mAh battery that supports 67W wired fast charging. It boasts a 6.7-inch 120Hz full-HD+ AMOLED curved screen, a 64-megapixel dual rear camera setup, and an 8-megapixel front camera. In China, the starting price for the 8GB + 256GB configuration is CNY 1,999 (approximately Rs. 23,000).
