Motorola is working on bringing a new smartphone dubbed the Razr 50 Ultra. The smartphone is expected to make its way to the Indian market, and this has been evidenced by appearances in EEC and BIS listings. Last year, Motorola introduced the Razr 40 Ultra in the Indian market, and speculations have been growing about its launch in the Indian market.
Razr 50 Ultra: Price and memory configurations
As per the available leaks which were shared by an Italian retailer, the Motorola Razr 50 Ultra is expected to price at around 1,200 euros which is around Rs 1 lac. As per the pricing, it is believed that the device will feature 12GB of RAM and 512GB of internal storage.
Compared to Razr 40 Ultra (2023), which was unleashed in the EU market, at a similar price point with 8GB RAM and 256GB storage, the upcoming Razr 50 Ultra is expected to potentially offer better value for money.
Colour options and design
As per the speculation, the Razr 50 Ultra might be available for various memory configurations and will come in three colour variants- blue, green and Pantone-certified Peach Fuzz.
The tipsters shared some leaked images which stated that the Razr 50 Ultra closely resemble its predecessor. The upcoming device will further feature a dual rear camera setup, placed horizontally on the rear panel.
On the front panel, the handset is expected to feature a hole punch cutout for the selfie camera, and a slimmer bezel when compared to its predecessor (Razr 40 Ultra).
Hardware and features of Razr 50 Ultra
It is said that the smartphone features a 6.9-inch display, and is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 7 Plus Gen 2 processor. On the camera front, the device will feature a triple rear camera setup with a 64MP main shooter and a 32MP selfie camera. The device will come with an 8GB RAM and it is backed by a 4200mAh battery, along with an upgraded software for improved multitasking.
Model numbers and codename
As per the leaks, the Motorola Razr 50 Ultra has been spotted with model numbers XT-24510-3 and XT-2451 in the different listings, with its internal codename which is possibly "Gory".
This is worth mentioning that the above details are all based on speculations made by the tipster and no concrete information has been revealed by Motorola, by the time of writing.
