iQoo is all set to launch a new smartphone under its Z series in India. The upcoming iQoo Z9 Lite will be a new addition to the iQoo Z9 series, which already includes Z9 and Z9x. The smartphone will succeed iQoo Z7 Lite, which was launched last year in the country.
The company has confirmed the launch date of the iQOO Z9 Lite 5G. Nipun Marya, CEO of iQOO India, revealed the launch date of the phone on his X handle. It is scheduled to be launched in July 15.
The iQOO Z9 Lite 5G was recently spotted on the Google Play Console, revealing many details about the phone's features. The phone appeared on the Google Play Console with the model number IQOO I2306. Additionally, the phone has been seen on the Indian certification site BIS. According to the listing, this budget smartphone will be launched with 4GB of RAM. However, the company may also launch 6GB or 8GB RAM variants.
This iQOO smartphone may feature the MediaTek Dimensity 800U processor, an octa-core processor previously seen in smartphones such as the Realme X7, Realme Narzo 30 Pro 5G, and Vivo V21. The iQOO Z9 Lite 5G is expected to come with 33W USB Type-C fast charging and a 5000mAh battery.
Vivo T3 Lite 5G features
The iQOO Z9 Lite 5G may also be launched as a rebranded variant of the Vivo T3 Lite. However, many hardware features, including the processor, may differ. The phone launched in India features a 6.56-inch display, a MediaTek Dimensity 6300 processor, 4GB RAM, and a 5000mAh battery. The rear of the phone will feature a dual camera setup with a 50MP main camera and a 2MP secondary camera. The Vivo T3 Lite also has an 8MP camera for selfies and video calling.
