The smartphone company iQOO is gearing up to launch a new powerful phone for its fans, the iQOO 13 series, which may include iQOO 13 and iQOO 13 Pro. This upcoming series has been revealed by the well-known tipster Digital Chat Station on China's microblogging website Weibo. According to the leaks, the new smartphones may be equipped with the powerful Snapdragon 8 Gen 4 processor.
The iQOO 13 is expected to offer strong multitasking performance and is positioned as a flagship-level smartphone for heavy tasks. It is said to be the successor of the previously launched iQOO 12 series.
While the price of the iQOO 13 has not been officially confirmed, it is speculated to be in the range of Rs 40,000 to Rs 50,000. Rumours suggest that the iQOO 13 may feature a 2K resolution display and an in-display fingerprint sensor. Additionally, it is expected to be powered by Qualcomm's latest processor, the Snapdragon 8 Gen 4, and may come with an IP68 rating.
Meanwhile, iQoo has recently launched a new budget smartphone in India. The newly released iQoo Z9x 5G is a gaming smartphone that boasts numerous advanced features, including a 50MP primary camera, a 2MP depth sensor, a 6,000mAh battery with 44W fast charging, and more.
The iQoo Z9x 5G comes in Tornado Green and Storm Grey colors. There are three different RAM and storage configurations available. The 4GB+128GB configuration is priced at Rs 12,999, the 6GB+128GB variant is priced at Rs 14,499, and the top-tier 8GB+128GB variant is available for Rs 15,999.
The iQoo Z9x 5G is equipped with an octa-core 4nm Snapdragon 6 Gen 1 chip, paired with up to 8GB of LPDDR4X RAM and 256GB of UFS 2.2 storage. The device operates on Funtouch OS 14 based on Android 14 right out of the box.
