Apple Vision Pro expands global reach, to launch in 9 new countries this month

Apple has announced to enter 9 new countries with it's new new Vision Pro. The pre-orders for the VR headset will start in China, Hong Kong, Japan and Singapore from June 14 and for those who are based in Australia, Germany, Canada, France and the UK can pre-order the same from June 28 onwards.

Apple has announced to bring its new Vision Pro device to 9 new countries and the pre-orders for China, Hong Kong, Japan and Singapore which will start from June 14 onwards and will be made and availability from June 28 onwards. Customers from Australia, Germany, Canada, France and the UK can further pre-order the new VR from June 28 and get the devices from July 12 onwards.

Apple Vision Pro will be available at a starting price of USD 3,499 and will be available in three storage variant- 256GB, 512GB and 1TB.

Tim Cook, Apple’s CEO said, "We can’t wait for more people to see the impossible become possible, whether working and collaborating with an infinite canvas for apps, reliving treasured memories in three dimensions, watching TV shows and movies in a one-of-a-kind personal cinema, or enjoying brand-new spatial experiences that defy imagination."

The Vision Pro is powered by visionOS. With visionOS 2, available as a free software update this fall, all Apple Vision Pro users will gain access to even more features.

These include a powerful way to transform photos into 3D memories; intuitive hand gestures to easily access the Home View and important information at a glance; new capabilities for Mac Virtual Display, Travel Mode, and Guest User; enhancements to Mindfulness, Safari, and the Apple TV app; and much more.

The App Store now features more than 2,000 apps designed for Apple Vision Pro; more than 1.5 million compatible iOS and iPadOS apps; and even more apps on Mac using Mac Virtual Display that work seamlessly alongside one another, said the company.

In an official statement, the company said that it is also disbursing bonuses which were due to employees, “ensuring fairness and transparency in the process.”

Google said to make it easier for the users to switch between different modes like edit, view and comment in the Slides. If users are willing to hide comments within a presentation or avoid accidental edits, then they could easily switch to view mode. By choosing the commenting mode, user could use the options which are associated with editing, but it enables to read and add comments.
