Xiaomi has launched the Redmi Note 7 Pro in India today. The phone was launched at an event in New Delhi. Marking its global debut in India, the biggest highlight of the phone is the rear 48 Megapixel Sony IMX camera backed with a secondary camera. Apart from the great new Aura design, the phone comes with great specs in its category.

The Redmi Note 7 pro comes with a 6.3-inch full-HD+ LTPS display that has an aspect ratio of 19.5:9 and a screen resolution of 1080x2340 pixels. The screen comes protected by 2.5D curved glass both on the front and back with Corning Gorilla glass 5. The display gets a sunlight display for enhanced brightness and a reading mode. Powering the phone is the 2.2GHz Snapdragon 675 octa-core processor with 11nm FinFET paired Adreno 612GPU with 4GB+64GB and 6GB LPDDR4X RAM with 128GB storage. It runs on MIUI 10 on top of Android Pie. It gets an IR sensor that helps control all your home electronic appliances.
The phone comes with a 48 Megapixel Sony IMX586 rear camera along with a secondary 5 Megapixel depth sensor camera with LED flash that can do 4K recording at 30fps and also has EIS. On the front is a single camera on the front that includes 13 Megapixel AI camera placed inside the waterdrop notch that features many AI features which include AI face unlock, AI single shot blur, AI smart beauty and more. The Redmi Note 7 Pro houses a 4,000mAh battery with type-C port and Quick Charge 4 support. It is available in gradient colours that include Neptune blue, Nebula red and Space black.

The Redmi Note 7 Pro price in India is Rs 13,999 for the 4GB+64GB variant and Rs 16,999 for the 6GB RAM and 128 GB storage. The Redmi Note 7 Pro will be available on 13th March 12 noon on Mi.com and Flipkart.
