After launching the Redmi Note 5 and Redmi Note 5 Pro way back in February in India, it looks like Xiaomi is gearing up to launch Redmi Note 6 Pro in India that was recently announced in Thailand.
According to reports by MySmartPrice, the Redmi Note 6 Pro could be coming to India in two different variants with configurations including 4GB RAM+64GB storage and 6GB RAM+64GB storage. The Redmi Note 6 Pro would ideally replace the existing Redmi Note 5 Pro that has been doing really well in the Indian market. Reports suggest that the Redmi Note 6 Pro would come in four colour options of Blue, Red, Black and Rose Gold.

The Redmi Note 6 Pro sports a 6.26-inch (2280×1080 pixels) Full HD+ 19:9 2.5D curved glass display and powers on a 1.8GHz Octa-Core Snapdragon 636 SoC with Adreno 509 GPU, along with 4GB RAM and 64GB storage that can be expanded to 128GB with a microSD card.
The phone runs on Android 8.1 (Oreo) with MIUI and uses Hybrid Dual SIM (nano + nano / microSD). For optics, the Redmi Note 6 Pro comes with a 12MP rear camera with dual-tone LED Flash along with a secondary 5MP camera and on the front is a 20MP front-facing camera with Sony IMX376 sensor along with a 2MP camera. The phone is backed by a rear Fingerprint sensor and houses a 4000mAh battery.
The Xiaomi Redmi Note 6 Pro price in India could be Rs. 14,999, similar to its predecessor.
