Poco, the sub-brand of Xiaomi that recently started receiving the MIUI 10 update is up for the Android 9 Pie beta update. The company has now announced that it has released the Android Pie beta for the phone in India. Note that this is a beta update, so it's not too far to presume that the phone could be coming with the stable OS soon.

The company has confirmed that the phone will also be receiving Android Q that is expected in the second half of 2019. Reports suggest that the latest MIUI update will come with a changed log that will offer fixes for Xiaomi phones like the camera, security app in settings and a more stable navigation button icon. The update will also offer the Android November 2018 security patch.
Poco F1 specifications
The Poco F1 sports a 6.18-inch Full-HD+ display with a resolution of 2246×1080 pixels. The smartphone is powered by Snapdragon 845 SoC paired with Adreno 630 GPU with 6GB RAM and 8GB RAM configurations, and a 4000mAh battery.
At the back is a dual rear camera placed vertically comprising of a 12 Megapixel sensor with a f/1.9 aperture, and a 5 Megapixel secondary sensor with an aperture of f/2.0. Towards the front is the 20 Megapixel camera for selfies.
