Xiaomi Mi Notebook Air with 13.3-Inch, 15.6-Inch display and 8th Gen Intel Core i3 launched

Xiaomi launches two of its new Mi Notebook Air variant that comes in a 13.3-inch display and a 15.6-inch display. Both the devices are powered by the Intel's 8th generation Core i3 processors and run on Windows 10 Home Edition. The 13.3-inch Mi Notebook Air comes with a price tag of 3,999 Yuan (Rs 41,700 approx.) whereas the 15.6-inch Mi Notebook Air base model gets a price tag of CNY 3,399 (Rs. 35,500 approx.).

Xiaomi Mi Notebook Air 13.3-inch specifications

Running on Windows 10 Home, the Mi Notebook Air sports a 13.3-inch full-HD (1920x1080 pixels) display that comes with 170-degree viewing angle with 300nits brightness and 80.1 percent screen-to-body ratio. Powering the device is the 8th generation Intel Core i3-8130U with a dual-core four-thread processor with L3 4MB cache, paired with Intel UHD graphics 620. It gets 8GB of DDR4 RAM and 128GB SATA SSD with support for an external hard drive.

It gets a full size backlit keyboard with 1.3mm keystroke and 3nits brightness and features a glass touchpad with multi-finger gestures. The notebook gets a 1-megapixel 720p front camera with a digital array microphone and works on a 40W battery cell which is placed under the hood.

Other connectivity options of the Mi Notebook Air include Intel's 2X2 dual-antenna, Bluetooth v4.1, dual-band Wi-Fi 802.11ac, and a fingerprint sensor. It also gets ports like 1x USB Type-C port, 1x HDMI port, 2x USB 3.0 ports and a 1x 3.5mm headphone jack. The Mi Notebook Air weighs 1.3kg and measures 309.6x210.9x14.8mm in dimensions.

Xiaomi Mi Notebook Air 15.6-inch specifications

This one comes with a 15.6-inch full-HD (1080x1920 pixels) display and comes with a 4GB RAM with 128GB SSD. Powering this too is the 8th gen Intel Core i3 processor and comes with a dual fan cooling system and 2+2 heat pipe layout.
