Xiaomi has dropped the price of the Mi A2 in India. It gets a permanent price cut and now starts at Rs 13,999. The Mi A2 6GB RAM and 124GB storage model now starts at Rs 15,999. The Mi A2 happens to be one of the best camera phones available in India, under Rs 20,000.
To recall, Xiaomi Mi A2 was launched for Rs 16,999 for the 4GB RAM model, while the 6GB RAM variant was made available for Rs 19,999. The Mi A2 is a successor to Mi A1 and comes with Android One. The phone was launched with Android 8.1 Oreo and has received the Android 9.0 Pie update.

Xiaomi Mi A2 specifications
The Xiaomi Mi A2 sports a 5.99-inch full-HD+ (1080x2160 pixels) display with an 18:9 aspect ratio and 403ppi pixel density. The phone comes powered by an octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 660 SoC paired with 4GB and 6GB RAM configurations.
It uses a dual rear camera setup at the back, which includes a 12 Megapixel Sony IMX486 sensor in the primary camera, featuring 1.25-micron pixels with an f/1.75 aperture, along with a 20 Megapixel IMX376 sensor with 2-micron pixels, 4-in-1 Super Pixel tech, and f/1.75 aperture. On the front, there is a 20 Megapixel sensor along with a soft-light LED flash. The camera features include AI, Beauty mode and Portrait mode. It also gets an electronic image stabilisation (EIS) for video recording.
There is a fingerprint sensor at the back and comes with a 3,000mAh battery that supports Quick Charge 4+ support.
