Twitter now allows users to invite guests into Periscope live stream
Twitter, the micro-blogging site on Tuesday rolled out the "Go Live Together" feature on Periscope that now brings the ability to go live with guest and invite anyone in the audience to join the broadcast. The guest that are chosen can be heard by everyone and can drop off at any time and the Broadcasters will still be able to read and respond to chats.
Periscope says that things will become more interesting when multiple people will be able to have a conversation together and share it. The company is trying to focus and bring this to all on Twitter that will make it possible for guests to share their videos too.
Kayvon Beykpour, Head of Product, Twitter said, "This makes live conversations even more fluid, and allows for new possibilities and ways people can have conversations".
This feature will be up on both iOS and for Android users. Twitter has been testing many several features that include putting news stories top on the timeline.
Jack Dorsey, CEO, Twitter recently confirmed that Twitter is considering the possibility of including the edit tweet option on the app.
