Apple lately unveiled three new iPhones called the iPhone XS, iPhone XS Max, and iPhone XR, which is an upgrade over the iPhone X. The iPhone XS and iPhone XS Max will be shipping this month, but the cheaper variant iPhone XR won't be arriving till late October due to hardware and software issues, suggested by analysts.

Apple has already started taking pre-orders for the iPhone XS and iPhone XS Max and will begin shipping from 21st September. India will be getting the iPhone XS and iPhone XS MAX from 28th September, whereas preorders for iPhone XR will start from 19th October, with shipments starting from 26th October.
According to reports, the reason behind the iPhone XR shipping delay could be because of software issues that are involved with LCD screens, as this is a first LCD display from Apple that comes with a notch.
iPhone XR price in India and specifications
Looking at the specs of the iPhone XR, the device comes powered by the new A12 Bionic chip with 7nm technology that is also seen on the iPhone XS and iPhone XS MAX. The phone is backed by dual-SIM, dual standby technology and features a 6.1-inch (828x1792 pixels) LCD Retina display. It gets a 12MP single camera sensor, with quad-LED True Tone flash and on the front is the 7MP camera sensor that comes with advanced Face ID technology. The iPhone XR price in India will be Rs. 76,900 and will be available in colour options of Black, Red, Yellow, Blue and Coral.
