SHARP AQUOS R3 is a one of kind smartphone that comes with a dual-notch design. This comes in at a time when other companies are trying to get rid of the existing notch or for that matter the water drop notch. The AQUOS R3 comes with a dual notch that includes a waterdrop notch on the top and a wider notch at the bottom. On the top would be the selfie shooter, while on the bottom is a physical fingerprint scanner.

SHARP AQUOS R3 specifications
The SHARP AQUOS R3 comes with a 6.2-inch Quad HD+ 19.5:9 IGZO LCD 2.5D curved glass display with 120Hz refresh rate and 3120 × 1440 pixels. Powering the phone would be the Octa-Core Snapdragon 855 7nm processor with Adreno 640 GPU and 6GB RAM with 64GB storage that can be expanded to 512GB using a microSD card.
It uses a dual camera set up at the back, that includes a 12.2MP rear camera with LED Flash, f/1.7 aperture, 78° wide-angle lens, OIS and a 20.1MP secondary camera with f/2.4 aperture and 125° ultra-wide lens. On the front is a 16.3MP front-facing camera with f/2.0 aperture. The phone gets Dolby Atmos and houses a 3,200mAh battery with fast charging as well as wireless charging.
The SHARP AQUOS R3 will be made available in colour options of Platinum White, Premium Black, Pink Amethyst, Elegant Green and Luxury Red colours. Pricing of the SHARP AQUOS R3 is not out yet and will be available from early summer in Japan.
