Samsung has also unveiled its new Galaxy Watch Active that comes with a new sporty design. The watch is thin, light and versatile that gets interesting features that can monitor sleep, stress, exercise and Blood pressure. Users can download the My BP Lab app that has been developed jointly with the University of California, San Francisco and will be up from 15th March.

The Galaxy Watch Active helps users keep their stress levels in check via breathing exercise and can track your activity by auto-detecting when you run, ride a bike or workout. With this one can manually engage in more than 39 activities and monitor progress.
Samsung Galaxy Watch Active specifications
The Galaxy Watch Active comes with a 1.1-inch (360 x 360) Full Color AOD with Corning Gorilla Glass 3 protection and is powered by an Exynos 9110 Dual-core 1.15 GHz processor with 768MB RAM and 4GB internal memory. The watch comes equipped with 5ATM + IP68 water resistance and for durability gets MIL-STD-810G certification.
The watch runs on Tizen-based Wearable OS 4.0 and gets all connectivity options like Bluetooth 4.2, Wi-Fi b/g/n, A-GPS/Glonass and NFC. The watch comes with 230mAh battery and is compatible with both iOS and Android. The watch also gets Bixby’s voice that lets users make calls and send messages.

The Galaxy Watch Active price is $199.99 (Rs 14,200 approx.) and will start selling in many countries from 8th March 2019. The Galaxy Watch Active will be available in four colour options of Silver, Black, Rose Gold and Sea Green.
