Samsung is set to launch the new Samsung Galaxy A8s in China today. The phone is anticipated to be the first device that to come with an Infinity-O Display. Samsung has been teasing the Galaxy A8s launch on Weibo page. The image teased shows the image of the phone from the front that is expected to house a front camera.

Samsung took it upon its Weibo page on Sunday that revealed the time of the launch. The Samsung Galaxy A8s live stream will start at 4 pm CST (1:30 pm IST) and will be as well as on the Galaxy Club site.

The phone has been leaked several times in the past few weeks and considering the leaked reports, the Samsung Galaxy A8s is said to come with a 6.39-inch display with full-HD+ resolution and 19.5:9 aspect ratio. The phone is also expected to come powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 710 SoC, paired with 6GB RAM and 128GB internal storage, which can be expanded to 512GB via microSD card.
For optics, the phone is expected to come with a 24 Megapixel, 5 Megapixel and a 10 Megapixel camera sensor at the back, while on the front would be a 24 Megapixel camera that will be placed in the display hole that is said to be 6.7mm. The phone is expected to house a 3,400mAh battery along with a USB Type-C port and a 3.5mm audio jack support. The phone is expected to measure 159.11x74.88x7.38mm in dimensions and might launch in a Black-Grey gradient colour option.
