Samsung Galaxy A50 has received a price cut of Rs 1,500 that brings its starting price to Rs 18,490. The phone was launched at a starting price of Rs 19,990 for the 4GB RAM variant and Rs 22,990 for the 6GB RAM variant. Followed with the price cut the Galaxy A50 will now be available for Rs 18,490 and Rs 21,490.

The Galaxy A50 comes with a large 6.4-inch FHD+ (2340x1080) display Super AMOLED Infinity-U display with 90 per cent screen-to-body ratio. The phone is powered by the 2.3GHz octa-core Exynos 9610 10nm chipset on top of Android 9 Pie. It gets a triple rear camera setup that includes a 25 Megapixel f/1.7 primary camera, a 5 Megapixel depth camera and an 8 Megapixel ultra-wide-angle cameras. Towards the front is a 25 Megapixel camera for selfies and houses a 4,000mAh battery with 15W fast charging support and Type-C port. The phone also gets a 3.5mm headphone jack.
The price cut could be a hint towards the launch of the Galaxy A60 in India. The Samsung Galaxy A50 with new prices can be bought on Flipkart, Amazon and Samsung's official website.
