Philips launches new 22-inch to 65-inch LED TVs, starting at Rs 9,990
Philips launches its latest range of LED TVs in India. The new launch includes seven non-smart and smart LED TVs that start from a 22-inch model and go all the way to 64-inches. The 22-inch full-HD LED starts at a price of Rs 9,990, which is the cheapest amongst the launches, while the 65-inch 4K Ultra-Slim Philips Ambilight 65PUT6703S retails at Rs 1,49,990. These televisions will be available by mid-December, which will be available both online and offline.

These new LED TVs will come loaded with Pixel Precise HD engine that aids in optimising the picture quality that delivers beautiful contrast and crisp images. Other than this the TVs also come with HDR (High Dynamic Range) Plus technology that helps in capturing the richness and liveliness of the content.
Moreso, the Smart LED TVs come with a special ‘Micro Dimming’ software, which analyses the picture in 6400 different zones and makes adjustments accordingly. The TVs also come with an in-built DTS HD that optimises sound processing and features the SAPHI OS that is unique to Philips Smart TV range.

TPV technologies is a brand licence partner of Philips in India, according to which the company’s current retail presence is spread across 35000+ stores and has more than 200 distributors. The company now plans on expanding the service centres count by doubling it till 2019.
