OPPO announces a new smartphone under the Reno series called the OPPO Reno Z. It comes with a no-notch screen and is the first smartphone that comes powered by the MediaTek’s latest Helio P90 12nm processor. It comes with an in-display fingerprint scanner and gets VOOC 3.0 fast charging.

OPPO Reno Z specifications
The OPPO Reno Z comes with a 6.4-inch Full HD+ 19:5:9 AMOLED HDR display with 2340 × 1080 pixels and is powered by an Octa-Core MediaTek Helio P90 12nm processor with IMG PowerVR GM 9446 GPU. The phone comes in two variants of 6GB RAM+256GB storage and 8GB RAM+128GB storage. It runs on ColorOS 6.0 on top of Android 9.0 (Pie) and gets Dual SIM.
The phone comes with a 48 Megapixel Sony IMX586 sensor rear camera with LED flash, f/1.7 aperture and a 5 Megapixel secondary camera with f/2.4 aperture. Towards the front is a 32 Megapixel camera for selfies.
Other features include an in-display fingerprint sensor, 3.5 mm audio jack, Hi-Res audio and Dolby Atmos. The phone also houses a 4035mAh battery and gets VOOC 3.0 fast charging.
OPPO Reno Z price
The OPPO Reno Z is priced at 2499 yuan (Rs 25,270 approx.) for 6GB RAM+256GB versions and is said to go on sale in China from 6th June. The OPPO Reno Z will be available in four colour options of Jet Black, Purple, White and new Coral Orange. Oppo also announced a new Coral Orange and Inspirational or Creative Edition with 6GB RAM+256 storage at 3299 yuan (Rs 33,360 approx.).
