Oppo Reno and Oppo Reno 10x Zoom edition launching in India today: Expected price, specifications and more

Oppo, the Chineses smartphone makes is all set to launch its new smartphones in India under the Reno series called the Oppo Reno and Oppo Reno 10x Zoom. The Reno series will launch at an event in New Delhi scheduled for 1:00 pm IST.

Oppo Reno, Reno 10x Zoom specifications

Oppo Reno comes with a 6.4 inch AMOLED display while the Reno 10x Zoom sports a 6.6 inch AMOLED display. Powering the Reno is the Snapdragon 710 processor and the Reno 10x Zoom comes powered with Qualcomm Snapdragon 855 CPU. Both the phones come with a standard edition of 6GB RAM and 128GB storage along with 8GB RAM and 256GB internal storage. The phones will run on ColorOS 6 on top of Googles Android 9.0 Pie operating system.

For cameras, the Oppo Reno sports a dual rear camera setup that includes a 48 Megapixel primary sensor along with a 5 Megapixel depth sensor, while the Reno 10x Zoom comes with a triple rear camera setup that includes 48 Megapixel Sony IMX586 primary sensor with f/1.7 aperture and OIS, 8 Megapixel secondary sensor with f/2.2 aperture and a 13 Megapixel OIS enabled periscope telescopic lens. Both phones come with a 16 Megapixel shark fin pop-up camera.

 
The Reno houses a 3,700mAh battery while the Reno 10x zoom comes with a 4,065mAh battery.

Oppo Reno, Reno 10x Zoom price

The Oppo hasn't revealed the India price and was launched in China on April 10. The Oppo Reno price starts at Yuan 2,999  (Rs 30,000), while the Oppo Reno 10x Zoom price starts at Yuan 3,999 (Rs 40,000).
