OnePlus collaborates with McLaren: OnePlus 6T McLaren edition likely to launch on December 12
OnePlus has announced its collaboration with the sports car maker McLaren that happens to also be the most successful team in Formula 1. Although there are no details on the collaboration but considering the partnership, we could expect a special edition smartphone soon. The phone could be a OnePlus 6T McLaren Edition, which will likely be announced in India on 12th December.

With a new tagline that says 'Unlock the Speed', OnePlus's collaboration with McLaren would make absolute sense. OnePlus has a history of launching special edition devices earlier. The company had launched the OnePlus 3T in a Colette edition, the OnePlus 5 in a JCC edition, OnePlus 5T in a Star Wars Edition and the OnePlus 6 in a Marvel Avenger Edition, but now considering the teaser of pairing up with McLaren, the OnePlus 6T McLaren edition would add more appeal to its smartphone lineup.
OnePlus will be announcing the details of this partnership on 12th December. As far as the specifications are concerned, the limited edition of OnePlus come with the same specs. We could expect the new OnePlus 6T McLaren edition to power on the same Snapdragon 845 processor with Android 9 Pie out of the box and fast charging.
