OnePlus is gearing up to launch the special edition of 6T in collaboration with McLaren on 11th December. The partnership between the two was announced a few days ago, but there were no details regarding the phone.

According to new reports, the OnePlus 6T McLaren edition is expected to come with 10GB RAM and 256GB storage. The massive 10GB RAM on this device would make it one of the first phones since there is no other brand that has gone beyond 10GB RAM. The phone will be coming with a McLaren logo at the back, making it distinct from the other 6T variants.
In India, the OnePlus 6T McLaren edition will be arriving on 12th December, which is a day after London event and will be a limited edition product.
As far as the other specs are converened, all the other details other than the RAM and storage would be the same. Let's take a look at the specifications of the existing OnePlus 6T.
OnePlus 6T specifications
The OnePlus 6T comes with a 6.41-inch Full HD+ 19.5:9 aspect ratio Optic AMOLED display with 100.63% sRGB color gamut, DCI-P3 color gamut, over 600 nits brightness and Corning Gorilla Glass 6 protection. Powering the phone is the 2.8GHz Octa-Core Qualcomm Snapdragon 845 processor with Adreno 630 GPU and 6GB RAM/128GB storage and 8GB RAM/256GB storage. It runs on OxygenOS 9.0 on top of Android 9.0 and dual SIM (nano + nano) options.
In terms of the camera department, the phone comes a 16 Megapixel rear camera with dual LED Flash, a f/1.7 aperture with Sony IMX519 sensor and a secondary 20 Megapixel camera with Sony IMX376K sensor and f/1.7 aperture. Towards the front is a 16 Megapixel camera with Sony IMX 371 sensor and f/2.0 aperture, placed under the notch.
It powers on a 3700mAh battery with Dash Charge (5V – 4A) and comes with USB Type-C audio, Bottom-facing speaker and Dirac HD Sound.
