OJOY A1 has launched in India and is the country's first 4G VoLTE smartwatch phone for Kids. It comes with Kido OS based on Android and animated UI. The watch comes powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon Wear 2100 platform that supports both Bluetooth and Wi-Fi. It gets GPS for real-time location tracking along with location history.

It comes with a two-way voice calling feature and comes with a setup facility of 10 members in the family list with unlimited numbers of friends in the contacts. It also gets a calendar for saving important school schedules and one can also assign tasks to the kid and give them reward stickers within the watch. According to the company, the radiation levels on the watch are extremely low, making it safe for kids, plus the company has added materials for the body and straps that are made from hazardous free materials.

The OJOY A1 comes with a 1.4-inch (320×320 pixels) display with Corning Gorilla Glass protection and is powered by Qualcomm SnapdragoWear 2100 backed with 512MB RAM and 4GB ROM. It gets Android-based Kiddo OS with Android and iOS companion apps and has IP68 water resistance. It gets a 2 Megapixel front camera with 84-degree wide-angle lens and comes with features like iOS and Android Call, Message, Add Friend, Stopwatch, Alarm, Task, Weather, Step Count, Magic box and Magic school. It gets 4G VoLTE calling, WiFi, Bluetooth and GPS for location tracking and measures 48×40.5×4.25mm in dimensions weighing in at 51 grams, backed with 800mAh battery.
OJOY A1 price
The Ojoy A1 price in India is Rs 12,999 but will be available for Rs 9,999 for a limited period of time, from 1st February to 6th. The watch comes in two colour options of Blue and Pink and will exclusively be available from Flipkart. Pre-orders will start from 1st February.
