Vivo had started off with the true bezel-less display trend with Apex in 2018 and looking forward to the new year, the company seems to be taking this trend a forward. According to a leakster, Vivo allegedly is said to be working on a smartphone with a 'Crazy' Design and this mysterious smartphone is code-named 'The Waterdrop'.

The leakster Ice universe has revealed partial images of the phone that showcases the back and side view that lets one to speculate and imagine how the phone would actually look like. Looking at the teaser images, the phone seems to have an edge to edge screen without any notch, bezel or physical buttons. With no power button and volume buttons, the phone design looks simple, clean and elegant.
Considering no buttons on the phone, we could expect gesture navigation and pressure based integration in the device. In another post, tipster Ice Universe says that the 'Waterdrop' is inspired by the cosmic detector in the novel 'Three-body'. This could be a never before design and the first of its kind in the history of mobile phones. Considering the Mobile World Congress (MWC) 2019 just around, we could hope Vivo to shed more light on the smartphone at the event that will take place in Barcelona.
