Mezu plans on entering the Indian smartphone market again by launching three smartphones under the 16 series. The company had launched the 16 series phone this year in China and now will be launching the Meizu 16, Meizu 16 Plus and Meizu 16X on 5th December in India.

The company has teased about the launch, on the Meizu India Twitter handle, wherein three new phones under the Meizu 16th series will launch. By launching these smartphones, the company will be competing against popular brands like Xiaomi, Realme, Honor and OnePlus.
Meizu 16 specifications
The Meizu 16 sports a 6-inch Super AMOLED display with a resolution of 2160x1080 pixels and 18:9 aspect ratio. The phone comes with an in-display fingerprint sensor and is powered by a Snapdragon 845 processor backed with Adreno 630 GPU and comes in configurations of 4GB RAM/64GB storage, along with 6GB RAM/8GB RAM and 128GB storage.
For optics, the phone comes with a dual camera set up at the back, which includes a 12 Megapixel camera along with a 20 Megapixel sensor. Towards the front is a 20 Megapixel camera with f/2.0 aperture. It runs on Flyme UI based on Android 8.0 Oreo and houses a 3,010mAh battery with mCharge fast charging.
