LG had announced its flagship LG V40 ThinQ in October last year. The V40 ThinQ features five cameras with flagship specs. So far there no confirmation on whether would launch in India, but now according to mysmartprice, the LG V40 ThinQ will be launching in India soon and will be an Amazon-exclusive.
So far, no launch date has been confirmed as yet, but reports suggest that the phone will be launching in India before the end of January. It will be sold on Amazon.in exclusively as well as other offline retailers across India.
LG V40 ThinQ specifications
The LG V40 ThinQ sports a 6.4-inch P-OLED display with 1440 x 3120 Quad HD+ resolution that is protected by the Corning Gorilla Glass 5. Powering the phone is the Qualcomm Snapdragon 845 10nm octa-core processor, clocked at 2.7 GHz with Adreno 630 GPU and 6GB RAM with 64GB and 128GB storage.

For cameras, the V40 ThinQ comes with a triple rear camera set up at the back that includes two 12 Megapixel sensor along with a 16 Megapixel camera. On the front is a dual camera setup that includes an 8 Megapixel camera along with a 5 Megapixel sensor. The phone comes with a rear-mounted fingerprint sensor along with some connectivity options like Bluetooth 5.0 Low Energy, Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac dual-band, GLONASS, GPS with A-GPS, NFC, Galileo, USB Type-C, and 4G VoLTE.
Other features include IP68 water/dust resistance, Boombox speaker, 32-bit Quad DAC and MIL-STD-810G compliance. The phone runs on LG UX 7.1 skin on top of Android 8.1 Oreo OS that is said to be upgradable to Android Pie later this year and houses a 3300mAh capacity non-removable battery with Qualcomm Quick Charge 3.0 and fast Qi wireless charging support.

The LG V40 ThinQ price in India is expected to be around Rs 45,000 and might come with the 128GB internal storage.
